As a field specialist, you’ll assemble, install, and service avian deterrent systems that keep structures protected and clients satisfied. You’ll navigate rooftops and elevated spaces, translating plans into precise, durable installations while upholding our strict safety standards.

• Fit and maintain bird control solutions (netting, spikes, wire systems, and related hardware) on commercial sites
• Read instructions, measure accurately, and perform construction‑style tasks with hand and power tools
• Adhere to safety procedures; deliver work that meets or exceeds company quality benchmarks
• Keep the job site clean, organized, and professional at all times
• Work outdoors in all weather and frequently at heights on rooftops or other elevated surfaces
• Ability to commute to job locations in any NYC borough; company vehicles are available based on availability

• Mechanical mindset; experience in construction/installation is a plus
• Comfort with heights, including climbing ladders and working on rooftops
• Strength and stamina to lift 50 lbs. and climb a 40‑foot ladder
• Clear communication, good organization, and time‑management habits
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and ability to follow directions

• Valid NYS Driver’s License (Required)
• OSHA 30‑hour Certification (REQUIRED)
• Aerial Boom Certification (Training provided)
