- Oil Changes:
Perform oil and filter changes efficiently, ensuring vehicle lubricants are well-maintained for optimal performance. - Vehicle Inspections:
Conduct routine vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and recommend preventive maintenance solutions. - Fluid Level Checks:
Ensure other critical fluids, including transmission, brake, power steering, and windshield washer fluids, are at recommended levels. - Maintenance Services:
Execute additional maintenance services such as tire rotations, balancing, and installation of air filters when needed. - Customer Interaction:
Provide friendly and informative service to customers, answering any questions regarding vehicle maintenance and observed issues. - Tool Maintenance:
Maintain tools and work area in an orderly and safe manner, ensuring equipment is in proper working condition. - Collaboration:
Work closely with the team to ensure vehicles are ready to return to customers in a timely manner.
- Experience:
Proven experience as an Auto Technician, specifically in performing quick lube services. - Certification: ASE Certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Skill Set:
Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics, lubrication systems, and maintenance services. - Tools:
Proficiency in using automotive servicing tools and equipment. - Adaptability:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality and precision. - Communication:
Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with team members and customers. - Physical Stamina:
Capability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in various positions. - Availability:
Flexibility to work variable hours including weekends.
