• Diagnosing Vehicle Issues:
  Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot issues affecting vehicle performance and safety
• Performing Repairs:
  Execute repairs on various vehicle systems, including brakes, engines, and electrical systems, ensuring quality workmanship
• Maintaining Records:
  Keep detailed records of all repairs and maintenance performed, documenting work outcomes and parts used
• Customer Interaction:
  Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair needs and provide clear estimates on costs and timelines
• Continuous Learning:
  Stay current with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through training and workshops

  Work effectively with fellow technicians and service staff to ensure smooth operations within the service department

• Experience:
  
  Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an automotive service technology program is preferred
• Certifications:
  
  ASE certification or equivalent is a plus

  Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, proficiency using diagnostic equipment, and a solid understanding of automotive systems
