Rafferty Construction, Inc. seeks a Traveling Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations across projects nationwide. This full-time, field-based role requires coordinating activities, supervising crews, and ensuring quality, schedule and budget targets are met.
Travel is 100% to project sites nationwide. Candidates should have ground-up construction experience, strong reading of plans, and excellent communication. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on background is preferred.
