Overview
Ace Handyman Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR). This role supports scheduling, customer service, and coordination for our team, with a focus on commercial clients. No construction experience is required; strong organization, multitasking, problem solving, and relationship building are key.

: $19-$21 per hour (plus performance bonuses)

- Answer inbound job leads and educate customers about our services
- Manage scheduling and coordinate material orders for multiple craftsmen
- Use Service Titan software to maintain accurate job records and workflows
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients
- Ensure projects are completed on time and presented professionally
- Provide logistical support and assist with weekly accounting tasks
- Follow up with past customers to build loyalty and generate repeat business
- Support sales efforts through customer education and service recommendations
- 5+ years of administrative/scheduling experience
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Technologically savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- Strong customer service and multitasking skills
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable educating customers and supporting sales conversations
- Experience with Service Titan
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
- Quick Books knowledge
- Experience working with commercial clients
