Required Experience &

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP process and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and educators
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to optimize student participation in the school environment
• Document progress and maintain comprehensive records in compliance with district and state requirements
• Contribute to IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and ongoing support for each student
