School Occupational Therapist - Franklin, Indiana

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state
• Previous experience working in school settings strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of K-12 developmental milestones and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and families
• Ability to efficiently manage a diverse caseload

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to K-12 students based on their specific needs and goals
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create supportive environments and strategies for student success
• Maintain clear and timely documentation of sessions, progress, and outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
