Responsibilities:
- Perform microbiological testing (yeast & mold, coliform, pathogens like Salmonella/Listeria)
- Conduct environmental monitoring (swabbing, air sampling)
- Maintain sterile technique and aseptic procedures
- Record results in LIMS or quality systems
- Support QA/QC investigations
- Follow GMP safety protocols
- Calibrate and maintain lab equipment
- Assist with audits and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, or scientific related field
- 1+ year of laboratory experience (research or industry)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
