, a fast-growing, client and therapist-focused company, is seeking a strong Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team!
Job Description:
- Certified and licensed BCBA to supervise RBTs and Trainees.
- Work in a fun and relaxed setting; enjoy coming to work every day.
- Make a difference in a private practice where you work closely with the owner and other therapists to help develop the transdisciplinary team.
- Have the freedom to develop treatment plans using your own professional judgment; no set curriculum, program requirements, nor clinical supervisor to dictate your work.
- Responsible for assessing, developing, and maintaining Individual Behavior Treatment Plans.
- Complete paperwork for ODE and insurance companies, and other duties within the scope of practice of a BCBA following the BACB Guidelines and Code of Ethics.
- Strong clinical background in administering verbal behavior assessments, conducting language, play, and skill-based assessments (i.e. ABLLS), and implementing and/or training others using individualized language, play, and skill-based curricula.
- Provide assistance to children with special needs and their families to help them reach individual and family goals.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis.
- Certification under the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) for Applied Behavior Analysis as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Experience providing services to individuals with Autism.
- Clear background check.
- Embrace an environment that prioritizes the care of all clients and their families.
- Self-starter who can work semi-independently as the clinical supervisor for the ABA department.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized behavior analyst.
