* Key Responsibilities:

*** Provide individual, family, and group therapy services under the supervision of a licensed therapist or psychologist.
* Conduct comprehensive client assessments, including intake, screening, and diagnostic evaluations.
* Develop individualized treatment plans that address client goals and meet state, accreditation, and agency standards.
* Deliver counseling and evidence-based interventions to support behavioral change and emotional well-being.
* Participate in treatment team meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated client care.
* Document all client interactions, services, and progress notes accurately and timely in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
* Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed.
* Handle crisis situations, providing immediate support and coordination of emergency services.
* Support clients through the transition and discharge process, ensuring continuity of care.
* Represent the organization professionally within the community, maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality.
* Complete required training and continuing education to maintain compliance and professional growth.
* Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.###
** Education and/or Experience

Qualifications:

*** Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marital/Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field.
* Experience providing therapeutic or counseling services preferred.
* Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and within multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong documentation and organizational skills.###
** Required License/Certification (One of the Following):
*** Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
* Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
* Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
* Or eligibility for licensure under applicable state board###
