Salary Range: $18.00 – $27.40 per hour.

• Department Leadership
  :
  Responsible for staffing, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of department team members, ensuring compliance with labor guidelines and training certifications.
• Operations Management
  :
  Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the designated department (Heart of House, Bar, or Hospitality), maintain a safe environment, optimize productivity, and ensure adherence to food safety and customer service standards.
• Financial Accountability
  :
  Manage food, beverage, and labor costs within company targets; analyze P&L, GEM, and audit data to identify improvement opportunities; implement action plans to address bottom‑line results.
• Training & Development
  :
  Administer WCT training, certify department staff, and conduct regular performance appraisals and merit increases.
• Guest Experience
  :
  Serve as the owner of the Guest Comment program for the department, handle food‑quality complaints, and drive guest satisfaction through continuous improvement.
• Team Collaboration
  :
  Coordinate with other department managers and support teams to align staffing, training, and operational initiatives.
• Vendor & Inventory Management
  :
  Order and maintain inventory of food, paper, and beverage supplies; collaborate with vendors to ensure product quality and on‑time delivery.
• Health & Safety Compliance
  :
  Implement all applicable Board of Health regulations and food safety practices, and resolve any equipment or procedural issues promptly.

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience; management of a restaurant with a full bar preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license; satisfactory background check.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with basic mathematical calculations and ability to analyze financial statements.
• Self‑directed, results‑driven, and comfortable working late nights and weekends.
• Track record of effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and enforcing company policies.
