We are looking for a dependable individual who demonstrates professionalism, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience and the ability to provide outstanding service to residents, vendors, and fellow team members.

• Assist with pool maintenance and upkeep
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a high-quality living experience for residents

• Minimum one year of apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to remain professional and solution-focused in challenging situations
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Weekend availability and participation in the shared on-call rotation are required
