Execute troubleshooting and repair of production machinery to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency;
Strictly adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and all other safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment;
Complete scheduled preventative maintenance orders on various machinery and equipment;
Lead and participate in special Kaizen projects with limited supervision, focusing on process improvement and efficiency gains;
Manage and optimize spare parts inventory, striving to improve stock levels and availability
