* Operate machine shop equipment including lathes, mills, surface grinders, drill presses, and related machinery.
* Manufacture and repair components to support production and maintenance operations.
* Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
* Complete preventive maintenance activities and scheduled work orders.
* Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams to support manufacturing objectives.
* Maintain accurate documentation of completed work.
* Become certified and maintain certification as a forklift operator.
* Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.## What We're Looking For
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* Minimum of 1–2 years of equivalent mechanical experience.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
* Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
* Experience holding tight tolerances and producing quality parts.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
* Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching.
* Regular use of hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
* Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.## Work Environment This position is primarily located in a manufacturing environment and involve exposure to machinery, noise, grease, dirt, and varying temperatures.
