General Production Worker
Pay: $22.09/hour
Shift: 1st- 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
3rd- 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Key Responsibilities- Load raw materials into automated production lines
- Monitor machines and ensure continuous operation
- Perform basic troubleshooting when needed
- Conduct quality checks and pull product samples
- Read and follow specification sheets and work orders
- Document production updates and results accurately
- Use forklift and overhead crane to move materials
- Perform general production tasks such as packaging and inspection
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Experience in general labor, manufacturing, or production
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to read and understand work instructions in English
- Willingness to be trained on forklift operation
- Strong attendance and stable work history
- Machine operation experience
- Forklift certification or experience
- Experience using a tape measure
- Experience in assembly, inspection, or packaging
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, IN 46131.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $22.09 - $23.59/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
