Production Associate

Location:

Indianapolis, IN. Pay: $22.11/hr

Shift: 1st- 8:00 AM-8:00 PM ($21.11/hour) 3rd- 8:00 PM-8:00 AM ($22.36/hour)

• Load raw materials and wire into production lines.
• Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment.
• Read and follow production specifications and work orders.
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting and adjustments.
• Monitor production through HMI touchscreen systems.
• Conduct quality inspections and record production data.
• Move materials and finished products safely using forklifts or other equipment after training.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
• Support packaging, assembly, and general production activities.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Strong work history and reliability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable using stairs and working at moderate heights.
• Willingness to learn forklift operation and other production equipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, IN 46131.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $22.11 - $23.61/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
