Description- Reviews shift production records to determine performance targets, assigns daily tasks, and recommends schedule adjustments.
- Reduces scrap levels.
- Inspects finished products for quality, resolves issues.
- Supports team morale and initiatives.
- Assists in designing yearly performance objectives and monitors programs.
- Coordinates unit scheduling and attendance issues.
- Provides support to subordinates.
- Ensures safety and compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
- Maintains production machinery and pursues continuous improvement.
- Initiates cost-reduction activities through others.
- Ensures compliance with all plant rules and standards.
High School or Equivalent or better.
Experience3-4 years position related experience.
