Mold/ Expander Operator
We are seeking a diligent and skilled Mold/Expander Operator to join our manufacturing team on a temporary assignment.
Cellofoam manufactures expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam products used in packaging, construction, and insulation applications. Their Whiteland facility is committed to producing high-quality products while maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality.

Mold/ Expander Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 16.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday)
- Operate and monitor mold and expander production machinery, ensuring efficient output and product quality.
- Handle, process, and inspect foam materials according to specific job orders and quality standards.
- Safely operate a Sit Down Forklift to move materials, load, and unload product.
- Utilize computer systems for machine programming, data entry, and production tracking.
- Perform accurate tape measurements on materials and finished products; successful completion of a measurement test is required.
- Conduct routine quality checks and ensure adherence to all operational procedures and safety guidelines.
Mold/ Expander Operator
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating a Sit Down Forklift.
- Basic computer literacy for machine interface and data recording.
- Strong aptitude for accurate tape measurement and ability to pass a measurement assessment.
- This position requires frequent physical activity including bending, lifting, stooping, twisting, and turning throughout the shift.
- The work environment is not climate-controlled. For safety and comfort, the dress code includes jeans, t-shirts, and closed-toe shoes.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
