TEAM MEMBER B; Assembly​/1st shift

Job description

• This position will be responsible for getting parts ready to pack in our grease and bag area and also helping out in packing when needed.
• Assemble components according to specifications following our standard operation procedure
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to perform precise assembly work
• Inspect finished parts and for accuracy, quality, and completeness
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report equipment malfunctions or material shortages to supervision
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

• Experience:
  
  Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred with forklift experience.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Comfortable using common hand tools, torque wrenches, and measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers).
• Attention to Detail:
  Able to follow detailed work instructions and ensure accuracy in assembly.
• Mechanical Aptitude:
  Basic understanding of how mechanical systems fit and function.
• Team Player:
  Works well with others and communicates effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Reliability:
  Consistent attendance and strong work ethic.

High School or Equivalent (required)

1 - 2 years:
Experience in Manufacturing field (preferred)
