Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Overview

You Belong Here! Homeview Health and Rehabilitation is looking for compassionate nurses to join our team.

Part‑time and full‑time positions are available. A $10,000 sign‑on bonus is offered for full‑time nurses, and a shift differential is available for second and third shifts. Full‑time evening shifts are also available. LPNs receive competitive starting wages, tuition reimbursement of $5,000 per year, a $1,000 new employee referral bonus, paid life insurance, profit sharing, Daily Pay, and monthly celebrations with food.

Responsibilities
  • The LPN is responsible for providing daily care, health needs, safety, and comfort of residents, including professional assessments, documentation, and management of assigned nursing unit staff.
  • Supervise, perform, and document written and verbal care assignments, routine skills, and procedures to ensure quality care and safety for residents.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of resident care plans, maintain up‑to‑date documentation, and make recommendations for revisions.
  • Make daily and periodic visits to observe residents for symptoms, medication reactions, or treatments.
  • Obtain and document vital signs, intake and output, weights, dietary supplements and replacements, cultures, and related information.
  • Assist with orientation and ongoing training of staff to ensure required skill levels are maintained.
  • Report and document resident or visitor incidents, accidents, complaints, or allegations using the designated reporting system.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and possess a valid LPN license in good standing according to state and federal requirements.
  • Thorough understanding of safe, effective nursing practices within the State of Indiana.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Excel and Word.
  • Personal integrity and the ability to handle residents, families, visitors, government agencies, and staff tactfully.
