Registered Nurse; RN - Home Health - per visit

Position Overview

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to conduct home health visits in Franklin, Indiana. This role supports adult and geriatric patients in their private homes and offers flexible schedules with 1:1 care for work/life balance.

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs
• Make home visits to clients within designated geographic territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as assigned
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Execute and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary and manage case coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state‑of‑the‑art tablet

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in Indiana
• Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (verified by transcript or diploma)
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and build strong interpersonal skills
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
• Willingness to travel to cases as assigned
