Responsibilities
- Organize, Supervise and Evaluate Resident Care.
- Perform Quality Improvement Activities for the Unit.
- Supervise all nursing staff on the Rehab unit.
- Know and Enforce State and Federal Regulations and Guidelines.
- Participate in Nursing Management Activities and Committees.
- Serve as the "on-call" nurse in charge on a rotating basis.
Qualifications
- Education:
Graduate of approved Registered Nursing Program. - Licensure/Certification:
Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license. - Experience:
Minimum 1 year in supervisor or administrative role. Two years geriatric or long-term care nursing experience preferred.
