Parkhurst Dining - - Responsibilities:
Lead culinary management of food service operation including inventory, ordering and receiving, menu development, and catering oversight;
Own culinary cost controls and P&L accountability;
Staff and develop the culinary hourly teams and culinarians;
Oversee kitchen operations to ensure exceptional culinary experiences and adherence to Parkhurst standards;
Train in proper methods of food production, service, and presentation, and portion control
