Comfort Advisor (HVAC Sales)

Location: Franklin, Indiana (On-site)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: Commission-Based (Unlimited Earning Potential!) + Full Benefits

Responsibilities- Sell HVAC systems and services to customers, matching them with the perfect solutions, including Virtual HVAC Sales.
- Educate customers on energy savings, system options, and comfort solutions.
- Build relationships and create repeat business with excellent customer service.
- Meet and exceed sales goals
, earning commissions based on your performance.

- Sales experience (preferably in HVAC or home services, but we’ll train the right person).
