Sunstates Security is currently hiring for a Full‑Time Security Site Supervisor in the Franklin, IN area. We have a 1st shift available! This position offers a pay rate of $22.33/hr paid weekly.

• 2+ years of site supervisor experience.
• 2+ years of security, law enforcement, or military experience is preferred.
• Previous scheduling and truck gate experience is preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as needed.
• High school diploma is required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Exceptional report writing skills.
• Mental analysis of a situation, problem solving, and decision making under pressure in the area of responsibility.

High School diploma or equivalent.
