Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following access control procedures.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and document site access activity.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, production-adjacent areas, and perimeter, with attention to access points, restricted areas, and unusual activity.;
Communicate clearly with site personnel and guests regarding post instructions, delivery procedures, and security-related protocols to help support an orderly location environment.
