Job Type: Full-Time – Rotating on Call (Franklin & Indianapolis)

Pay Rate: $21‑$24/hr (based on experience)

• Complete work orders using company technology to handle maintenance tasks quickly and accurately.
• Manage unit turns: prepare units for new residents as directed by the community leader.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls, including on‑call shifts when needed.
• Maintain high standards: keep communities in top shape and document work properly.
• Stay certified: maintain any required certifications for the role.

• At least 1 year of maintenance work with some plumbing and/or electrical knowledge.
• Dependability: valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic.
• Resident‑focused: commitment to providing excellent customer service and clear communication.
• Efficiency and problem‑solving: ability to manage multiple tasks and solve issues as they arise.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
