First Call Professional is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician for a direct-hire role in Franklin, Indiana. 1st shift, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime and weekend availability as needed.
Responsibilities include maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems; troubleshoot issues; read blueprints; coordinate with vendors and use BMS and maintenance software. EPA certification is preferred but not required.
