Position Overview
Warehouse Team Lead – Franklin, Indiana. This role offers weekly pay and a career you can feel good about.
Compensation & Schedule- Hourly Pay $22.00 per hour
- Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Products handled: HVAC products
- Equipment: stand-up reach and sit-down forklifts, order pickers, walkie riders
- Weekly pay

Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred
- One year or more previous experience as Team Lead preferred
- One year or more Microsoft Office experience preferred
- One year or more warehouse experience preferred
- Knowledge and experience with an RF scanner – advanced required
- Valid forklift operator’s license certified
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective leadership skills
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proactive approach to responsibilities
- Maintains composure under pressure
- Knowledge of health and safety methods
- Bilingual (for Quebec locations only)
- Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of operations.
- Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
- Allocate resources and organize daily work duties for team members to ensure optimal shift/team operational logistics.
- Inspire and guide team members toward improved KPI’s using appropriate leadership styles.
- Assist in providing orientation and necessary information, technology, and tools to new employees.
- Promote health and safety working methods within the warehouse.
- Handle daily paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
- Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
