General Laborer | $20/hr
Location:
Indianapolis, IN
Pay: $20/hr
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Job Responsibilities- Remove cardboard, plastic, and other waste materials from work areas
- Assist project teams with warehouse support and installation projects
- Move, organize, and transport materials using pallet jacks
- Support camera and equipment installation activities
- Use hand tools and air-powered tools as needed
- Follow step-by-step instructions and diagrams
- Perform loading, unloading, packaging, and material handling tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with inventory support and housekeeping duties
- Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements
- Ability to consistently lift 40-50 lbs
- Comfortable standing and walking on concrete floors for 8-hour shifts
- Experience in general labor, warehouse, construction, loading/unloading, packaging, or cleaning
- Experience using pallet jacks and material handling equipment
- Ability to safely use hand tools
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to follow directions and work well with a team
- Willingness to perform physically demanding work
- Warehouse or distribution center experience
- Construction or general labor experience
- Experience supporting installations or commissioning projects
- Familiarity with robotics or material handling environments

This is a Contract position based out of Franklin, IN.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
