Operations Analyst

SERVPRO is seeking an Operations Analyst to support our construction and restoration projects with data-driven insights. In this role, you will analyze job performance, margins, and cycle times; build reports and dashboards; and help optimize scheduling, resource allocation, and workflows for field teams. You will partner with project managers and leadership to identify trends, refine standard operating procedures, and support budgeting and forecasting.

This position offers the opportunity to grow within a national network while helping customers and communities recover from property damage events.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational performance and job costing for restoration and reconstruction projects
• Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as cycle time, productivity, and margins
• Support scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization for field teams
• Collaborate with project managers and franchise leadership on process improvements
• Maintain accurate data in ERP/CRM systems and ensure data integrity
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve service quality and profitability
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and inventory analysis
• Document and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Support compliance with safety, quality, and customer service standards
• Present operational insights and recommendations to management
