Recruiter, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

Epic Personnel Partners, LLC is hiring a Recruiter to support Talent Acquisition in Franklin, KY. This onsite, full-time role focuses on end-to-end hiring, partnering closely with hiring managers to align staffing needs with the right candidates while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

You will manage recruitment activities from initial sourcing through offer and onboarding, using multiple recruiting channels and structured assessment to recommend qualified candidates for open roles.

• Lead full cycle recruitment
  , including sourcing, screening, extending offers, and supporting onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Use a range of recruiting channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events
  , to attract candidates.
• Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and recommend candidates to hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate relationships and deliver an exceptional candidate experience across the hiring process.
• Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.

• 2+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting (staffing experience is preferred).
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) experience preferred.

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Job type: Full-time
• Pay: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
• Work location: In person (Franklin, KY)
