The Regional System Support Manager is responsible for overseeing IT and telecommunication support across multiple warehouse locations. This individual will manage regional support teams, ensure systems operate efficiently and securely, and coordinate with corporate IT. Travel may be required based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Provide direction to regional support teams, aligning IT operations with organizational standards and procedures.
  • Networking: Oversee IT infrastructure changes, LAN administration, and ensure compliance with network security standards.
  • Telephony Management: Coordinate and manage upgrades and changes to the telephone systems.
  • Training & Equipment: Maintain computer stations and software used for internal training programs.
  • System Support: Lead troubleshooting efforts, manage system backups, and coordinate disaster recovery planning.
  • Help Desk Oversight: Manage help desk operations at both the regional and local levels; handle escalated issues and maintain ticketing systems.
  • Asset Management: Maintain hardware/software inventories, manage vendor relationships, and oversee purchasing.
  • Reporting & Safety: Generate operational reports and ensure safety and cleanliness within tech-focused areas of the warehouse.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong background in computer networking, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and TMS (Transportation Management Systems).
  • Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and technical troubleshooting.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to support operations at a high level.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4–5 years of experience in a systems management role.

Travel: 40-50% - Travel required based on business and project demands.
