We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support spare parts operations by ensuring materials are ordered, tracked, and delivered efficiently. This role works cross-functionally with project teams, customer support, purchasing, and accounting to help maintain inventory accuracy, support project timelines, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate spare parts activities across multiple internal departments to support ongoing projects and customer needs.
  • Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor order status and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory management activities.
  • Develop and update recommended spare parts lists for equipment and systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and standardize spare parts processes.
  • Work closely with purchasing and project teams to ensure parts are available when needed.
  • Assist with additional operational and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in inventory coordination, materials management, spare parts administration, or a similar operations support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other standard business software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
