Help produce advanced geosynthetic materials that support critical infrastructure and environmental projects. We’re growing in Franklin, KY and looking for a skilled weaving professional who thrives on precision and uptime.

Franklin, KY (Onsite)

Shift: Full-Time, 1st Shift Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour

Your impact

Operate Itema rapier looms to meet quality and throughput targets.

Lead pattern changeovers; validate machine settings before restart.

Continuously audit fabric quality; stop equipment to correct defects.

Verify doff/roll lengths and confirm pattern accuracy post-changeover.

Troubleshoot mechanical issues; perform minor on-the-spot repairs.

Support doffing activities and assist maintenance personnel as needed.

Execute routine preventive maintenance to prevent downtime.

Maintain a clean, organized area and follow all safety/quality protocols.

What you’ll need to succeed

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Strongly preferred: prior experience running industrial weaving equipment.

Valued backgrounds: weaver, fixer, warper, tie-in operator, or broader textile manufacturing.

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capability.

Proficient with basic math, measuring, and documentation.

Able to work an 8-hour shift and lift up to 20 lbs on a regular basis.

Meticulous attention to detail and pride in quality output.
