Chemical Production Blender

SERVPRO is seeking a Chemical Production Blender to support our construction and restoration projects by safely blending chemicals used for cleaning, coating, and remediation. In this hands-on role, you will read and follow batch tickets, measure and mix raw materials, operate blending and filling equipment, and perform basic quality checks to ensure consistency and product safety. You'll manage inventory, label and store products per SDS and regulatory standards, and keep work areas and equipment clean and maintained while following strict OSHA and SERVPRO safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Blend and batch chemicals according to batch tickets and specifications
• Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials using appropriate tools and equipment
• Operate blending, pumping, and filling equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform basic quality checks and document production data
• Label, package, and store finished products per SDS and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
• Follow all SERVPRO and OSHA safety procedures, including proper PPE use
• Assist with inventory management, material handling, and stock rotation
• Inspect and perform basic maintenance on blending and material handling equipment
• Collaborate with restoration and construction teams to meet production timelines
