Position Purpose
Responsible for managing the skin program for the facility.
Essential Functions of the Position- Ensure all residents are assessed weekly to evaluate the condition of their skin; identify risks and develop appropriate interventions and required documentation.
- Measure all skin areas weekly and document.
- Initiate and update all care plan information regarding skin.
- Perform skin and related treatments on all residents as assigned.
- Monitor and adjust equipment use per facility protocol and resident need.
- Follow skin protocol of facility and F314.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
