Commercial HVAC Maintenance Technician

Lee Company is seeking a Commercial HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our family-oriented team serving commercial customers across the Southeast. In this field-based role, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on rooftop units and other commercial HVAC equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and ensure safe, reliable system operation. You'll use mobile technology and work order systems to document work, collaborate with skilled teammates, and uphold our safety-first, customer-focused standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair issues on rooftop units, split systems, and related components.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with company and OSHA standards.
• Document work performed using mobile or CMMS tools and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and repair options to customers and supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in clean, safe working condition.
• Support on-call or after-hours emergency service as needed.
• Follow company policies emphasizing safety, quality, and customer service.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with HVAC technology and best practices.
