About the Position
Our client in Louisiana is actively seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for a 90-day assignment beginning Apr 1, 2026. This role involves covering both day (7 AM - 7 PM) and night (7 PM - 7 AM) shifts, with responsibilities including providing specialty backup for various departments such as OB/GYN, Cardiology, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Orthopedics.

Responsibilities and Duties
Provide specialty backup (on call) for OB/GYN, Cardiology, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Orthopedics.
Oversee services including in-patient and out-patient surgical, emergency medicine, a centrally monitored Intensive Care Unit (ICU), maternity and newborn nursery, respiratory, radiology, laboratory, and rehabilitation, speech, and nutritional therapies.

Additional Information
Board Certification in Emergency Medicine is required.
The facility uses T-System EMR.
