Franklin Ford is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead and oversee our service department operations in Franklin, MA! • Manage daily service department operations to achieve high customer satisfaction and profitability.

• Coordinate service schedules, repairs, and maintenance work to optimize workflow.

• Collaborate with other departments to support dealership goals and customer retention.

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or similar role within the automotive service industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and diagnostic systems.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with dealership management software and related tools.
