Tire Sales & Installation Associate

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking a full-time Tire Sales & Installation Associate to join our member-focused team. In this role, you'll assist members in selecting the right tires, services, and warranties while delivering fast, friendly service. You will install, rotate, balance, and repair tires, following strict safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include operating shop equipment, maintaining a clean and organized work area, processing transactions, and supporting inventory and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assess tire needs based on vehicle and driving conditions
• Recommend appropriate tires, services, and warranties to members
• Perform tire installation, rotation, balancing, and repairs following safety standards
• Operate tire equipment, lifts, and tools safely and correctly
• Inspect vehicles and tires for wear, damage, and alignment-related issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe tire bay and work area
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
• Follow company, OSHA, and shop safety procedures at all times
• Support inventory management, stock rotation, and product displays
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and service goals
