This is a full-time, on-site role based in Franklin, MA for Architects, Architectural Interior Designers, and Project Managers with solid corporate interiors experience. Team members will translate client needs into innovative workplace solutions through programming, space planning, interior architectural design, and documentation. Daily responsibilities include developing design concepts, producing drawings and specifications, coordinating with consultants and vendors, and supporting material and finish selections.
Project Managers will lead project schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communication, overseeing coordination from concept through construction and occupancy. All team members will collaborate closely with colleagues and clients, attend in-person meetings and site visits, and help maintain design quality and consistency across multiple corporate interior projects.
- Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including space planning, interior detailing, and preparing construction documents for corporate interiors.
- Project Management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination, and leading project teams through all phases.
- Integration and Software Development skills related to design technology, such as integrating BIM/CAD tools, project management platforms, and digital collaboration workflows.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with workplace strategy for corporate environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently and responding to changing client needs while maintaining attention to detail and design quality.
- Knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and coordination with contractors and consultants for interior fit-out projects.
