What You'll Do

* Lead a preschool classroom for children ages 3-5 in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment

* Implement our play-based L.E.A.P. Curriculum to support early literacy, math, social skills, and creativity

* Foster positive behavior, independence, and school readiness skills

* Communicate daily with families about learning, routines, and progress

* Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets Massachusetts EEC and safety standards

* Collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership to maintain high-quality programming

What We're Looking For

* Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required

* At least 6 months of experience in a preschool, daycare, or childcare setting (1+ year preferred)

* Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)

* CPR/First Aid preferred (or willingness to obtain)

* Positive, dependable, and team-oriented
