Location: Washington Street K-2 Elementary School

Reports to: School Principal

Terms of employment: Part-time position approximately 15 hours per week, 10 months a year.

Salary: $16.24 per hour

General Description: To support building personnel by providing supervision to children during lunch and recess periods.

• Must successfully pass Criminal Offender (CORI) background check and national fingerprinting screening (CHRI).

• Extensive physical demands, including but not limited to lifting up to 40lbs, bending, pushing, and pulling.
• Exposure to extreme temperatures (hot/cold) due to cooking and refrigeration equipment.

• Supervise and assist children during lunch and recess periods.
• Ensure children’s safety by monitoring and directing children in appropriate behavior.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the building principal.
