The Learning Experience
- Franklin is seeking a caring and energetic educator to support our Toddler classroom. This role may be filled at either the Teacher or Assistant Teacher level based on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support language development and social-emotional growth
- Implement age-appropriate learning activities
- Assist with classroom routines, meals, and transitions
- Maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment
- Partner with families and fellow educators
Qualifications
- EEC Teacher Certification preferred
- Prior toddler or childcare experience preferred
- Passion for working with young children
- Must meet Massachusetts EEC and background check requirements
Compensation: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
