Preschool Teacher – Help Children Learn, Grow, and Thrive The Learning Experience – Franklin is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to inspire young learners through engaging, hands-on educational experiences. If you enjoy fostering curiosity, creativity, and confidence while preparing children for kindergarten, we'd love to have you join our team. Using our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, you'll create a classroom where learning is fun, purposeful, and developmentally appropriate, helping every child build the academic and social-emotional skills they need for lifelong success.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging preschool lessons that promote kindergarten readiness
• Foster children's language, literacy, math, science, and social-emotional development
• Create a safe, structured, and welcoming classroom environment
• Encourage creativity, independence, problem-solving, and collaboration through purposeful play
• Observe children's progress and maintain open communication with families
• Partner with fellow teachers and center leadership to deliver a high-quality educational experience
• Maintain compliance with all Massachusetts EEC regulations and health and safety standards

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required
• Previous experience teaching preschool-aged children in a licensed early childhood program preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for early childhood education and child development
• Positive, dependable, and collaborative attitude
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
