Location: The Learning Experience – Franklin, MA Pay: $21–$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Preschool Teacher – Help Children Learn, Grow, and Thrive

The Learning Experience – Franklin is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to inspire young learners through engaging, hands‑on educational experiences. If you enjoy fostering curiosity, creativity, and confidence while preparing children for kindergarten, we'd love to have you join our team.

Using our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, you'll create a classroom where learning is fun, purposeful, and developmentally appropriate, helping every child build the academic and social‑emotional skills they need for lifelong success.

• Plan and implement engaging preschool lessons that promote kindergarten readiness
• Foster children's language, literacy, math, science, and social‑emotional development
• Create a safe, structured, and welcoming classroom environment
• Encourage creativity, independence, problem‑solving, and collaboration through purposeful play
• Observe children's progress and maintain open communication with families
• Partner with fellow teachers and center leadership to deliver a high‑quality educational experience
• Maintain compliance with all Massachusetts EEC regulations and health and safety standards

• Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required
• Previous experience teaching preschool‑aged children in a licensed early childhood program preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for early childhood education and child development
• Positive, dependable, and collaborative attitude
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
