The Learning Experience
- Franklin is seeking qualified Lead Teachers to join our early childhood education team. We're open to educators with Infant-Toddler or Preschool qualifications and will work with you to find the classroom that best matches your experience, strengths, and preferred age group.

• Lead a high-quality early childhood classroom
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences
• Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Support children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development
• Establish positive classroom routines and provide consistent guidance
• Observe and document children's development
• Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
• Build positive relationships and communicate regularly with families
• Maintain classroom quality, safety, and organization
• Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Lead Teacher
• Infant-Toddler, Preschool, or multiple age-group qualifications welcomed
• Professional early childhood classroom experience required

• $23-$25 per hour
