The Learning Experience
- Franklin is hiring experienced Early Childhood Lead Teachers to join our team. We're interested in learning about your strengths, qualifications, and the age groups you enjoy most so we can determine where you can make the greatest impact.

Opportunities may be available across our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool programs based on qualifications and center needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead an engaging and developmentally appropriate early childhood classroom
  • Create meaningful learning experiences through play, exploration, art, music, movement, and hands-on activities
  • Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
  • Support language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
  • Establish positive classroom routines and provide consistent guidance
  • Observe children's development and maintain required documentation
  • Mentor and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
  • Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom
  • Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements
Qualifications
  • Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Lead Teacher
  • Professional childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood experience required
  • Infant-Toddler and/or Preschool qualifications welcomed
  • Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexible, dependable, and passionate about early childhood education
