Senior Engineer, Electrical Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and serve as the electrical engineering authority across multiple programs and technology initiatives.
• Serve as a hands‑on contributor in architecture development, design, integration, prototype build, testing, troubleshooting, and production transition activities.
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle.
• Lead the development and integration of advanced electrical systems.
• Drive technical problem‑solving and root‑cause investigations for complex system and component issues.
• Establish technical approaches, engineering processes, and execution frameworks where mature infrastructure may not yet exist.
• Interface directly with customers, program managers, and senior leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of electrical engineering leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience designing, building, integrating, and testing complex electrical systems.
• Demonstrated ability to create structure and drive execution in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities, technologies, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated mindset with a demonstrated ability to operate independently and deliver results with limited processes, resources, or oversight.
• Experience collaborating directly with customers and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Prior experience mentoring and developing engineers and technical teams.
• Working knowledge of software development and system integration principles.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance.

• Twelve (12)+ years of relevant engineering and technical leadership experience.
• Experience supporting proposal development, technology roadmaps, and business growth initiatives.
• Active U.S. Department of Defense security clearance.

Pay: $160,000–$200,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
